Farms and Fields

Several levels of access can be created for each company  giving appropriate access to specific individuals.

During farm setup, monitoring sites are carefully selected with the farmer, and the soil profile is inspected in detail.

During field setup, the soil profile is classified by texture.  Water holding capacity is defined making use of lab analysis or the built in SPAW classification.

Soil classification, dynamic root zone and soil moisture status is displayed along with graphs.

Soil is color coded to reflect it's water holding capacity.  Root growth is simulated and displayed on the image.
